Lodging Policy

We are committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for all of our guests.  We ask that you respect your fellow lodgers. Only registered guests of the hotel are permitted to spend the night.  Please observe a quiet time of 11:00 p.m. for the benefit of all.  DO NOT block open any doors.  Please respect the privacy of others.  Minor children are the responsibility of the adult with whom they are registered.   We ask that minor children not be left in the hotel unattended.

Registration & Check-Out

Rooms are available for check-in beginning at 3:00 p.m.  Early check-in may be accommodated but is not guaranteed.  Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.  In the event that you require additional time please contact the front desk, an additional fee may apply for late check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations made prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night lodging if cancellation of reservation is not made by 6:00 p.m. the day prior to scheduled check-in. 

All reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m. on scheduled check in day.  Your credit card will be charged for 1 night lodging per room and the room(s) released at that time unless arrangements were made for late arrival.  Failure to check in under late arrival arrangements will result in your credit card being charged 1 night lodging for each room booked and not occupied and the balance of the registration will be cancelled.

Blocks of Rooms

We encourage our guests to book a block of rooms to ensure that rooms are available for planned events.  We require a primary credit card to hold the block of rooms.  Rooms will be held as a block (for individual reservation) until 7 days prior to the earliest check-in under this credit card.  Any rooms to be held beyond that 7 day window are subject to our regular cancellation policy and any charges will be assessed against the primary credit card. 

Cash Policy

We will accept cash at the time of check in provided guest can provide either a valid credit card or a valid drivers license.  We will obtain a photocopy of a drivers license to be held with the registration sheet.  Guest is responsible for any additional charges (i.e. phone etc.) at the time of check out.  Cash Rooms require a refundable deposit of $100.00 and a valid government issued ID. Deposit is required at check-in to guard against room damage and property loss. Room will be inspected upon check-out to insure that no such damage(s) exist. The deposit will be refunded once the room is found to be undamaged.  Any additional room charges, damages or lost items will be charged to the credit card of record if settlement is not made at time of check-out.  If additional charges/damages are incurred we reserve the right to take appropriate action to recover such costs/damages.

Pet Policy

We do not allow pets.  There is a $100 Cleaning Fee if animals (other than Service Animals) are found to be in the room.

Damage Policy

Guests will be responsible for the loss of any items from a room in their name, including but not limited to towels, remotes, and keys.  In the event that a guest loses a key they may be charged for the expense of having the room re-keyed.  Any other damages to a room will be charged to the credit card of record.  Other damages may include but are not limited to damage to TV, bedspread, radio, appliances (where applicable) and carpet damage.  

Smoking Policy

All rooms are Non-Smoking. If guests are found to have smoked in a room, there will be a $200.00 Cleaning & Recovery Fee assessed. This charge will be applied every time there is evidence of smoking in a room.

Meeting Rooms

We have facilities available to accommodate small and large groups.  You must contact the Banquet Coordinator to arrange for use of any of these rooms at any time.
